Where is my order shipping from?
Your products will be shipped out of our warehouses in sunny California.
What is your processing time?
Please allow 3-5 business days for our skilled nail technicians to meticulously handcraft your press-on nails, ensuring the highest level of luxury quality. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing all relevant shipping details, including your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
How long does it take to receive international orders?
International orders can take 15-30 business days to arrive.
How do I exchange or cancel my order?
Our customers love our nails because each press-on is meticulously handcrafted with care. For this same reason, we do not offer exchanges, and cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been processed.
What is your returns &refund policy?
Lé French Tips is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. We fully acknowledge any production errors. If you receive the incorrect set/size/color, we are committed to providing a refund or replacing it with a new set at no cost.
